Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in an easy-going, informal setting. I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience that my family and I had this evening. It’s rare that we spend Christmas Eve outside of our home but this year we spent it at Eddie Merlot’s in Ashburn and had a fantastic time. The staff there really knows how to make you feel special, the food is always amazing, and we had a beautiful evening in a beautiful setting. Thank you so much for all you do, Patrick! You rock, my friend!
