Pella may be the best restaurant in Chicago. Everything is always PERFECTION. The chef is basically a food GOD. Service is top notch, ambiance is lovely, everything is well thought out and well executed. European cuisine at its freshest, brightest and europeanish. Yeah, I love Pella. Always a fantastic dining experience here for lunch or dinner. The food is excellent, the ambiance is beautiful and the staff is top notch. Highly recommend. So happy they brought back the hummus with beets to the menu.

I am a fan of Paul Virant So I was dying to try his new restaurant. I brought my stepdaughter out of town also is a fan of Vie. We love the escargot, and the pike appetizers. Our entrées were also superb! We even tried a tart for dessert. Our service was wonderful, ambience was great and we were so pleased to be there.
