Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Euless

Everything about our dinner was great. The service from Julie was top notch. The food was tasty and well prepared. We had a great time!

Waitstaff wasnt very attentive. I was served a glass of wine that had obviously been opened for awhile and I sent it back. Bartender didn’t query at all and opened a new bottle immediately. Food was average. Tuscan salad with shrimp. Shrimp was cooked perfectly but was supposed to be grilled artichokes, but they weren’t. $29 salad was not worth it. Very little lettuce of which some was past its best. Overall, wouldn’t have the salad again. Nice ambiance.

Our cocktails and our dinner were excellent. We had a very good service as well. The ambiance was perfect for our date night. We will definitely be back again soon!

We had a fantastic dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish bursting with bold flavors and fresh ingredients. Even something as simple as the edamame was flavorful and well-prepared. We went early in the week, so the restaurant wasn’t too busy. The ambiance was sleek and inviting, with a modern yet cozy vibe. The service was also top-notch—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Whether you’re in the mood for sushi, small plates, or a full entrée, you really can’t go wrong here. I’ll definitely be back! You must try the cod.

It is a restaurant in a hotel… But it is probably the best restaurant in a chain hotel. The quality of the food, the quality of service, and the atmosphere make it far more pleasant than the typical hotel restaurant. Kudos to the grand Hyatt and the grand Matt and their management and staff. I live in Dallas and still go there to eat once in a while because of this.
