Scalini Fedeli was opened by chef-owner Michael Cetrulo in 1995 and very quickly became New Jersey's highest rated Italian restaurant. Rated excellent by the New York Times in 1996 and New Jersey's favorite restaurant in Zagat's Survey in 2001 and New Jersey Monthly's best Italian and top 25 overall in 2007. It was our first visit to Chez Catherine, and we will definitely be back. Food was delicious. We ordered froie gras, salad, lamb shank, entrecote, creme brulee and chocolate mousse. A+ for every dish. Delicious, perfect temperature, precise texture in every dish. Coffee was hot as a pleasant surprise. Service was excellent as well. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends.

Our waitress Anna was awesome ! When eating with a 3 year old for breakfast it’s a little more challenging on the wait staff , but Anna had it all under control ! Great food greater service a little pricey for the breakfast buffet $40 per head but you get what you pay for ! Excellent experience , the entire hotel was awesome for our family of 7 trip !

As a long time fan of White Castle, the idea of a special Valentine’s Day sit down dinner with menus and table service is really fun. Such a break from other pretentious restaurants that overcharge on Valentine’s Day with limited menus. The Green Brook staff is to be commended. Will return each year! Thank you.
