Best Fine Dining Restaurants in St. James

The food was outstanding. The Thai Calamari was one of the best we have had. the drinks were made to perfection. The service and particularly our waitress were first class and fun to interact with! recommending Bliss to all our friends.

Our waiter, Michael , was very helpful in guiding us to our cocktail choices and explaining the menu. The tuna tartare was very fresh and abundant. The kettle chips were crispy and a great compliment to the tuna. The halibut was perfectly cooked, and tasted delightful with the mushrooms, shrimp, fingerling potatoes dressed in a lobster sauce. The pumpkin cocktail evoked the spirit of autumn. The bread pudding was elevated with blueberries and vanilla bean ice cream. All but the cocktail was part of the prix fixe menu. Extra touches / attention for our anniversary was much appreciated. Food and Service was great. Can't wait to go back!

It was great! We’ll definitely try to reserve a table at White Castle in Centereach for Valentine’s Day again next year. The staff were all very nice and attentive, and it was cute that there was staff walking around to take your pictures
