The tuna pizza? A showstopper. The duck and filet mignon? Out of this world—expertly cooked, rich in flavor, and unforgettable. And the desserts? The Chocolate in a Cup and Chocolate Cigar with passion fruit mousse are simply unbeatable. The perfect balance of decadence and brightness. She tends to the tables, supports her team, and makes sure every detail is flawless. Her passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of the restaurant. And then there’s Paul. If Salt & the Cellar is a five-star experience, Paul makes it a six. His service was flawless, his timing impeccable, and his passion for hospitality undeniable. Paul anticipated everything before we even asked. Paul made our night perfect. Salt & the Cellar isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Great experience and location for a business meeting.

Our server, Chris, made our experience absolutely outstanding. The presentation of the food was beautiful and tasty. Wonderful ambience. It was my husband’s birthday dinner and one for the memory books! Chris made suggestions, was personable and so attentive and respectful. We returned to Flying Fish because the Red Snapper had returned to the menu. The whole experience WOWED us!
