Always a great experience but this time was exceptional. Service and food were on point. Enjoyed everything and will definitely be back soon. Not sure of the spelling but our waiter was Kai and he truly made our visit one to remember. So personable and knowledgeable!! Thank you for a memorable evening!!!

We were celebrating a birthday and we were seated in a small private room, which was perfect for our party. Our waitress Tina was awesome. She gave great recommendations and was very attentive. Her assistant Finn also did a great job.

We were a group of 4 long-time friends catching up after many years. Our first table was in a room that was a bit noisy and we asked for another table and happily we were moved! Our food and service was great! It was wonderful to catch up with this group of friends.

My husband and I enjoyed another wonderful dinner at Planchette’s again prior to seeing Christmas in the Catskills at Act II Playhouse this past Friday. Service, food and ambiance were all superb. They even had live accordion music! My husband tried the steak this time and said it was one of the best he has ever had, and that means a lot coming from him! My mushroom, Gruyère and duck crepe with truffle sauce was delectable. We also both had the lobster bisque again as it was so delicious on our first visit. Highly recommend checking out this wonderful restaurant!
