Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Lake Sarasota

Our party of four had an unbelievable experience. The Server, Adam Pratt, was outstanding. He was extremely passionate about his job and provided insight into all Menu items. His interactions were impeccable, providing superior service while also being very interactive and professional. The food was outstanding. Lobster Bisque - Easily the best my Wife and I have ever had. Its creaminess and flavor were beyond reproach. Nigiri (Salmon Belly), Ahi Tuna, and Crab Cocktail - All phenomenal. The crab was super succulent. Wagyu Filet, Wagyu Manhattan, 8oz Filet - These were all "melt" in your mouth and cooked to perfection. The scallop entree was also very good. The scallops were cooked perfectly. The risotto was very good, and the presentation was outstanding. Truffl;e Mac & Cheese was some of the best I have ever tasted. The asparagus is easily the Most Tender asparagus I have ever eaten. The Brussels sprouts were delicious. We finished with the 10-layer Carrot Cake - This was wonderful and the Pineapple sauce was an unbelievable compliment to the moistness of the cake. The cream cheese icing which usually overdoes the cake was the perfect compliment. Our only complaint was the Carrot Cake only had 9 layers. We showed Adam and had some lighthearted fun with it at the table. Thank you Oceans Prime Sarasota for such a memorable and delightful dining experience.

A warm welcome upon arrival leads to a lovely dining table attended by hospitality professions who provided us with very attentive service while not obtrusive. The food is excellent; cold food is delivered cold and hot food is delivered hot! Numerous fine wines to choose from by the glass or the bottle. Lovely desserts, coffees, and after dinner libations. Outstanding service and food Our favorite restaurant in all of Sarasota

Our server must of have had too many tables. We did not receive the exceptional service that we have experienced in the past. The food as always was exceptional, worth every penny spent on the marvelous steak. The piano music was so loud that we could not have conversation at the table. I realize that it is Christmas party season so that accounts for a bit of noise in the restaurant. We will be back again after the holiday season when we know that service will be back to the exceptional standard of Micheals on East
