The service was amazing and timely. I ordered the signature pasta and substituted scallops instead of shrimp due to my husbands food allergy and let me tell you…. WORTH IT! I would do that again regardless! He ordered the filet. The filet was soooo tasty however he ordered rare and it was definitely medium rare but overall the flavor was on point. Will be back.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!! We had our company group dinner last night at Mon Abi Gabi and I can't say enough about our experience. Starting with our server, LUIS!!!! This gentleman was ON POINT! He greeted us quickly as we were seated. He was so personable, genuine, and knowledgeable about everything. He answered our questions & gave great recommendations for food and drinks. I could talk about his guy for the whole review - he did a fabulous job! We LOVED the specialty drinks & Luis had some great wine recommendations. The FOOD was so good! We took Luis' recommendation and tried the special. Which was a Lamb Shank. My gosh! It was fantastic. Everyone at the table raved about their meals. We were fortunate enough to get a nice table outside, and it really helped enhance the experience. You're not bothered by folks on the street and you have a marvelous view of the Bellagio. Which has the fountain shows going on throughout your meal. At the end of the meal, the Manager came over to say hello and to thank us for coming in. He was such a nice guy and I personally appreciate him doing that. The experience was incredible and I highly recommend checking this place out!!

I have a gluten and dairy allergy and have never had an issue or gotten sick. I request Mindy because she is awesome. She is personable and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. I highly recommend eating here.

Anyone wanting to reserve a good table - you must specify a window table for spectacular views of the Bellagio Fountains. I feel great ingredients were used to make great tasting food. Delivery was prompt by courteous staff and presentation was beautiful with photo worthy dishes for your social media. I had cause to interact with an owner and found her to be understanding, humble and a delightful person to interact with and no doubt part of the reason customers would return.

Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance.
