Cucina Bella opened in the summer of 2022 and is a family-owned and operated Italian restaurant. After many years of working in Italian food restaurants, the two brothers Luis Gutierrez and Heriberto Gutierrez decided it was time to open their own, being able to provide traditional Italian (American) food and drink including pizza, Pasta, Raviolis, chicken parmesan, beer, wine, and more.     Cucina Bella was a last-minute reservation, but I am so glad we were able to get in. I had the Fusilli Pollo, and it was delicious. Service was fantastic. It is a neighborhood gem.

    When we arrived Noah greeted us , very pleasant young man. Took us to our table and explained that our server who we requested would not be there for about 15 minutes( we arrived early) Anther server (Sam)came by and got us some water and told us if we needed anything before Jay( server we requested) got there she would be happy to help. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and there was a card on the table. Jay arrived and as always such a delightful individual. He stopped by frequently explained, explaining all the Monday specials. The food was delicious and the service outstanding.

    Our dinner was good, maybe not outstanding. Husband had Chicken Pesto Penne. It was good and he enjoyed it. I had Chicken Saltimbocca. It was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The only small issue I had was that the sauce is extremely thick and rich and abundant- perhaps too abundant. I would have preferred a lighter sauce. Over all it was good and I'm sure we will return.
