Osteria Amore came to life because we believe in the power of food to change your day, or in our case, change your life. Owner Eduardo Daja has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager growing up in Italy, and his time in culinary school only strengthened his passion for food. After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. Another outstanding experience at Matteo. We were celebrating our friend’s birthday and our waiter made it the most memorable and beautiful evening. His suggestions were perfect and added so much to our meal. He even sang happy birthday to our friend in Italian and has the most incredible voice. The entire experience was amazing!

The food is so good. The service is good but no one had plates , we had to ask for plates after appetizer came out. However The Tables need to be replaced or refinished , they are sticky from the finish on them. We had them wiped off and they were still Sticky. Other than that is was great!
