Izakaya Den is Denver’s popular Japanese gastropub, modeled after the lively after hours establishments found throughout Japan. The restaurant is located on South Pearl Street and is the second restaurant of the Kizaki brothers, founders and owners of Sushi Den. Steuben’s is named after a restaurant in Boston that my Great Uncles, Max and Joe, opened in 1945.
