Mr. Tolhurst…Bravo! You have done an amazing job of creating such an inviting experience for everyone that walks in to the restaurant. Here’s another freebie “excellence is not a mistake“ and the Restaurant screams intentionalism from the time you walk in and you’re greeted, to the people that seat you at your table, to the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of the food, the time in which it’s delivered , etc, etc, etc! I can’t say enough good things about our experience tonight. But I will just say thank you very much for laboring so diligently to give us one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. I was in the boarder grill for the 3rd time. This time even alone. The service was excellent as always and the food was absolutely perfect. I come here every year and always look forward to brunch. Best to reserve.

Joe’s Stone Crab in Las Vegas is truly life-changing — if you’ve never had seafood before. The crab claws? Pure luxury, at prices that make you question your life choices. The ambiance? A time-travel experience back to 1995. But the real star? Our server, a true heartthrob with charm that could melt butter faster than any kitchen heat. Attentive, charismatic, and almost too good to be true — he made the overpriced crab claws feel like a worthy investment. Unforgettable!

My favorite place to have a great meal with friends any time of the day. The service is great and the food is delicious.

The ambiance here is pretty cool. It has a very modern industrial look to it however the lighting is very dim. We are all in our 30’s and felt like we needed a reading light to see the menu lol. We did have a hard time finding the place but that’s consistent with every restaurant inside a casino in Vegas just make time for that if you have a reservation! We came here for breakfast. Our food was good. Nothing to write home about but overall good. Cons: The chicken (which is what they are known for) on all of our dishes wasn’t very crispy. It’s fried chicken so that was a little disappointing. the hash-browns look good but also weren’t crispy and flavor was 2/10. The Bloody Mary was good but seemed to have an off after taste. Pros: The mimosa with fresh squeezed orange juice was 10/10. Biscuits and gravy were delicious. Gravy had amazing flavor. The eggs were perfectly cooked, drinks were consistently refilled and empty plates removed in a timely manner. Our server was friendly and efficient. Overall it’s was a good experience.
