- AAdoraHong Kong Island •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoGreat selection of Filipino dishes with a twist. Adequate portions for starters, must order the Sinuglaw and Inasal woodfired flatbread. The Lechon pork belly main and bagoong rice to die for. The staff are friendly and informative for newbies. We'll be back.More infoSerai KitchenPrice: Very Expensive• Filipino• Melbourne CBD•4.7

- SSoniaMelbourne •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoTasty food, some French and some molecular cuisine techniques and a great display of Australian produce, including finger limes, local Wagyu beef, kangaroo and green ants, as well as a lovely cheese display cabinet....amazing flowers goat cheeses that rival the French ones' would have been nice to include Holy Goat. Wasn't a fan of the Chinese caviar (Russian or Iranian are much better...but wars in both regions may limit the supply), but in the absence of good quality one, it would have been nice to find an alternative ingredient. The first dish was certainly one of the stars as well as the kangaroo. Definitely full after 13 dishes!.... Very nice to invite guests into the kitchen to participate and chat to one of the 15 chefs and see the magic from up close! Overall, a great experience to be repeated.More infoVue de mondePrice: Very Expensive• Modern Australian• Melbourne CBD•4.9
