Professional Chefs, both Student & Staff. District 21 is the final stop for Francis Tuttle Culinary students on the path to a professional career. Students who work in the on-campus restaurant are passionate about seeking a profession in the industry and are looking for real-world experience to prepare them for that future job.Each of our professional chefs who work in the kitchen with students has at least over a decade of experience in the field, and some have multiple decades. Jason Marsh and Bill Leib have worked in a variety of culinary settings: restaurants, hotels, and catering businesses for events with thousands of people in attendance. We were seated immediately at a window table. Our guests arrived shortly thereafter. We enjoyed cocktails and perused the menu. We each split the Chopped Salads. I recommended the 100 layer Lasagna for my friend. His wife had a lobster and shrimp appetizer as her entree. My wife enjoyed the Lemon Fettuccine with Shrimp while I ordered the Spicy Shrimp with Pasta. All our meals were delicious and Kenny’s service was admirable. Too full for dessert, we stayed and visited at length. A very enjoyable meal with fabulous company!

This place is a gem in Oklahoma City! The ambience, service, and food are amazing, and what makes this place different from almost every other restaurant is that they always provide added-value special touches. We celebrated our anniversary there today, and they made sure we had an extra special memorable dining experience.
