Starting off, George was amazing, and provided fantastic service. Ambience was cozy, sleek, and spacious, not over crowed tables, feels intimate. Food is incredible. We had the tuna tartar, so fresh and clean with buttery avocado, positano pizza was thin, crisp, and the perfect subtle ratio of sweet and salty. Cacio e pepe was al dente and creamy. Beet salad was fresh and bright, with juicy beets, Crunchy smoked almonds and slightly peppery arugala, the calamari was tender and a perfect amount of breading, not to heavy, very light. Short rib empanadas were perfect little meaty bites with a flaky crust and herbacious chimmichuri. All in all, would definitely come back to try one of the fire grilled meats and the charcuterie board...would also like to try the lobster tail. Oh, and the tiramisu was out of this world!!!

We FINALLY made it down from Carlsbad and took advantage of the “Proper Roast Dinner with Richard Blais.” Our first time here was well worth it! The restaurant is GORGEOUS! The staff, engaging and very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the scrumptious prime rib dinner with wonderful sides. Everything was meticulously prepared and delicious! King Richard visited our table a few times which made our experience extra special. The sticky toffee and date cake with salted caramel ice cream is a MUST!!! Sooooo good! We will be back to try the famous ale battered cod and chips and the prime rib dip sando…

My boyfriend and I went for a date night and had a wonderful time. The restaurant was decorated for Christmas, it was stunning!! I had the ricotta ravioli and my boyfriend had the armericano pizza, which we both pretty much devoured. We had the apple crumble for dessert, which was delicious. I had two Christmas themed cocktails. The service was great. The bussers were so quick to grab our dirty plates out of the way, and were friendly. Our server was also very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I will definitely be returning!

It was our first time at Slowly! We went for my husbands bday with our two boys. They have Tuesday night date night which is a great deal! We didn’t do that this time bc I wanted him to choose anything from the menu. We had the burrata salad appetizer, pork chop, salmon risotto, signature chicken, and kids cheeseburger. All were spectacular! Our cocktails were above and beyond! The festive mule and the two different espresso martinis were so unique! This is on the top of our list for PB!

Nice atmosphere, great food and outstanding service.Excellent Margaritas Please start serving Pinot Grigio. It is inexpensive and one of the most popular white wines now. Highly tecommend
