Our casual restaurant has a retro contemporary theme which includes a carved wood bar topped with marble, granite table tops and bright turquoise and red accents flanking the wood-burning brick oven. Terrace seating is shared with our fine dining concept Bella Roma. Flavio, a third-generation chef from Venice, Italy, says his Farinata is not available anywhere else in the area. The thin pancake (much like a tortilla) is made of chickpeas, baked in the wood-burning oven and enhanced with rosemary and other savory toppings. Among Flavio's thin-crust pizzas (his grandfather's recipes) are the popular Quattro Stagioni (fresh mozzarella, mushrooms, prosciutto, olives) and the Pizza Vegetariana with assorted grilled veggies. Our lunches were delicious as always. The server was outstanding. My ONLY complaint is that they keep the background music too loud. Makes it hard to talk. We did ask them to please turn it down but they didn’t. I go to lunch with friends to socialize- not to listen to music.

My parents came from out of town and wanted to take my kids and me out and we alll loved our food. We have been many times but the menu changed a bit so we got to try some new food and it was fantastic. Highly recommend. Food is always good and service is always good as well. Unique menu items like Korean meatloaf

Ophelia’s was fabulous as usual! We have never had anything but fabulous food, wonderful service & a beautiful outdoor dining experience! This is our favorite restaurant in the Sarasota area and possibly just our favorite restaurant period. Chris provided wonderful service tonight and our meal was timed perfectly by him so that we could enjoy every aspect of it! An overall beautiful dining experience!

Once again, we had one of the best meals in Sarasota. The service and food quality is always consistent. We’ve been going for years and there’s never been an “off” meal. We ordered the chicken skewer and pork chop (moist of course). We were still talking about it when we got up this morning. If you’re in the Sarasota area, don’t miss this one!!
