From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere set the tone for an elegant yet inviting evening. The restaurant exudes understated sophistication, complemented by the resort’s beautiful surroundings and warm hospitality. We began our meal with the Yellowfin Tuna Tataki appetizer, featuring Togarashi rice crisps, avocado mousse, and red pickled onion. This dish was a perfect harmony of flavors and textures—crispy, creamy, and just the right balance of tangy and savory. It was a standout start to the evening. For our entrées, we indulged in the Caribbean Red Coconut Curry and the Mahi Mahi Dinner Special. Both dishes showcased the chef’s skillful use of local flavors and fresh ingredients. The Caribbean Red Coconut Curry was rich and flavorful, with layers of spice that were beautifully balanced. The Mahi Mahi, cooked to perfection, was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to high-quality, seasonal seafood. A highlight of the evening was a personal visit from Chef Andrew, who thoughtfully stopped by our table to recommend dishes and assist with wine pairings. His insight and expertise elevated the entire experience, making it not just a meal but a memorable event. Indigo is more than just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of culinary artistry. Whether you’re staying at the Wymara Resort or simply seeking an unforgettable dining experience in Turks and Caicos, Indigo is a must-visit. From the impeccable service to the thoughtfully curated menu, everything about this evening left us eager to return. Highly recommended.More infoIndigoPrice: Expensive• Grill• Turks and Caicos•4.8

- AAnnieSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined on 12 Nov 2024Gorgeous location and one of the best meals we’ve had on our trip. The pomodoro pasta is everything I ever want in a pomodoro pasta. The bruschetta is amazing, garlicky and lots of yummy flavor. Beef carpaccio is also a great starter. We’ve been to Italy and we know our pasta, so we aren’t messing around when we say the pasta was GOOD! Our girl LaVonne made everything better. We chatted until there were no other guests left in the restaurant. She was the cherry on top of an amazing meal!More infoCasa Nonna at The Ritz-Carlton Turks and CaicosPrice: Very Expensive• Italian• Turks and Caicos•4.4
