Umi Sake House is a unique Japanese cuisine restaurant in the Belltown area of Seattle featuring the highest quality seafood available in the Northwest, a large izakaya-style tapas menu, and boasting a sake list of over 60 imported Japanese bottles.     Recommend sitting at the bar so you can witness excellent chefs and cooks work with fire! Food was fantastic, and service was professional and friendly. We did the tasting menu, and although the pacing was a bit slower than I’d like, the great food and live cooking made up for it. Highly recommend!

    My wife and I came in on February 13th for a early Valentines day meal! It was our first date night out since we had our first child on January 1st of this year. As always Stoneburner was amazing! service, food, ambiance, and beverages were all incredible. We shared 10 plates Beef Tartare (my wifes first and she loved it) ramps are amazing seared scallops (my wifes favorite of the night) Oyster mushrooms Beet salad all four pastas pork milanese ( Kohlrabi slaw was amazing great texture) and the baked alaska! it was all amazing! the drink Liberty fix #2 was incredible clarified drinks are so unassuming and this one was incredibly well balanced. Best gin drink I have had! Thank you again for the great evening we couldn't have been happier and we will be back soon!

    This was our first time at Ballard Cut and we really loved it. The food was really quite good, the service was excellent and the ambience was nice on a Wednesday evening. Our only complaint is that we wish they would indicate which menue items are gluten free. Otherwise not complaints, hight recommended.
