- AanisaSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews5.0Dined todayWe chose this restaurant for a birthday celebration, and it did not disappoint! Cathy, our server, was fantastic and made the experience enjoyable. The food was reasonably priced and of great quality. The steaks were perfectly cooked to our request, the sides were tasty, and the clam chowder was outstanding. The staff was incredibly accommodating when I requested to add two extra people to our reservation, and I appreciated that they allowed side substitutions without any additional charge. Overall, a wonderful experience! We will be back. The SmithsMore infoForbes Mill Steakhouse - DanvillePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Danville•4.7
- CChristineVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •62 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoWe loved the fun vibe and the beautiful view of the Bay Bridge, but we were a little disappointed in the food this time. The oysters were fabulous, but the squid appetizer that our Waiter recommended was only so so. It tasted too fishy/anchovy strong. My daughter ordered the miso cod, and although she liked it, she said it wasn’t what she expected (needed broth). I ordered the scallop appetizer which was good, but nothing special. My husband ordered the duck and he was happy with his selection. We’ve enjoyed some fabulous dinners at Waterbar, but we probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.More infoWaterbarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.6
- JJillSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe ate dinner at The Hideout Kitchen on New Years Day for the first time and it was a lovely experience. We had the honey fried chicken which came with mashed potatoes and sauteed kale. Very yummy! There are very few restaurants in the East Bay with great fried chicken, and this is one of them. Not greasy, just crispy and so flavorful. Large portions. We skipped dessert but the choices looked delicious. Our server was fantastic but unfortunately I don’t have her name. Really impressed with her. The ambiance is relaxing and elegant with bookshelves holding old books and a vintage vibe. We will be back!More infoThe Hideout KitchenPrice: Moderate• American• Lafayette•4.6

- LLeslieSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews5.0Dined on 27 Dec 2024Acre never disappoints. This was no exception. There was a delay in the kitchen and food was taking longer than usual to come out. We barely noticed because we were with old friends catching up. But the manager came out and apologized and brought us a free appetizer and comped another round of drinks, so we were all good!More infoACRE Kitchen and BarPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Oakland•4.6
