How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting?     We went there for my belated Birthday Dinner. We had the pear and fennel salad, my husband had the scallops and I had the pumpkin cappelletti, all the food was wonderful. We had excellent service from the wait staff, fantastic food recommendations, prompt service, clearing our table between courses, and generally very attentive and checked with us often. Everyone had great customer service from the Manager, waitress, server, and bus person. Highly recommend.

    We were celebrating my husband‘s 50th birthday. We love the caviar and Veuve. Fantastic price for a Hidden Gem in Las Vegas . Enjoy it. The food is fantastic and our server for the last two times has been Christian. He is a phenomenal server has loads of patience and always keeps us smiling. Can’t wait to come back Just for the impeccable service that he gives alone. Thank you.

    we went in for a quick dinner, my wife had the beet salad and it was outstanding, then she had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup for a main course, we have had the soup previously and it did not disappoint in any manner!!! i had the Jerusalem Artichoke soup as well and the Smoked Salmon Tartare,. the Tartare was a disappointment for sure, the salmon was diced very coarsely (big chunks) and many pieces had gristle in them, will not order that dish again. In addition, the "rice chips" were bland and mostly hard to swallow and did not pair well with salmon at all. As always, the service was splendid and friendly like always.
