It was the ideal prelude to the star of the evening: the Porterhouse for two. Cooked to absolute perfection, it arrived sizzling on a 500-degree plate, sealing in every ounce of flavor. Each bite was tender, juicy, and a celebration of premium quality steak. The sides complemented the meal beautifully. The baked potato was generously sized, fluffy, and perfectly seasoned. The cremini mushrooms were earthy and rich, while the steamed broccoli added a refreshing touch of green to the feast. The balance of flavors and textures made every bite a delight. To pair with this remarkable meal, we chose a bottle of Rocca delle Macìe Chianti Classico.
