Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Lake Bluff

Chicago has a lot of really good steak houses and this is definite one of them. One of the best prime NY strip steaks I’ve ever had. Flavored simply and perfectly and cooked perfectly. And the au gratins were to die for. But, the best part of the evening was the service we received from Elena. She was so nice and professional and accommodating. We’ll be back .

Very cool ambience with a nice bar area. The drinks are creative and the menu offers diverse options, but could use a few more veggie offerings. The servers work as a team and are friendly and attentive. I suggest large groups so you can sample multiple small plate/appetizer sharings. I plan to return!

The shrimp appetizer was the best! Sweet and spicy and hitting all the right notes.

Literally eating our leftovers as I type this. The food here is delicious. It's fresh and scratch made. We've not eaten anything there that has left us disappointed. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, we feel very comfortable here. They have a kids selection as well, you just have to ask for it. I'd say it's kid friendly for children who dine out often, especially at upscale places. The cocktails and wine selection are great. We love this place, it's our "go-to" when we need something that will make everyone happy easily.
