Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Palisades Park

I had an absolutely delicious Christmas dinner at Sempre Oggi this evening! The food, wine, service, ambience were as good as it gets. My server Bryan was top-notch and the expert sommelier Gabe chose a few excellent wines for me. I broke my diet to have a cassata, but it was worth it. Service was impeccable The only bad news about this dinner was that it ended!

We plan our trip to NYC around eating at Carmine’s. This time we ate at the upper West Side location. We usually eat at the Times Square location. But this year it was booked solid for Christmas a month in advance. We were wowed again with an awesome meal at Carmines at 91st Street. We had the garlic bread with cheese. We always ask to add the cheese. So wonderful. We also split the lasagna. It is the best we have ever tasted. We brought over half of it home. I would recommend either Carmine’s to anyone wanting authentic Italian food at its best.

Great food, service and ambience! Try everything. The burger was the most basic dish. Everything else is a must try! I didn't expect the mac & cheese and greens to be such a great combination.

Haven is hands down one of the best views of New York City while you’re having an incredible meal. We typically for dinner but I’m sure other meals that they offer is just as good. It’s definitely one our favorite places to treat ourselves for a nice occasion.

We had the eggs Benedict and the lemon curd pancakes. Both were very good. I would definitely have the Benedict again. Good service.
