Butterjoint is a comfy bar and restaurant located in North Oakland. In addition to the beautiful train depot surroundings all decorated with for the holiday season, the food was delicious! We enjoyed the calamari appetizer, the French Dip Prime Rib sandwich and the Bronzed Salmon. Yum! Also our server, Stacy, was delightful!

Fantastic drinks and cocktails. Love the atmosphere on the bar side. The food is usually amazing - fried pickles were less crunchy than usual and the chicken sandwich was good- but not as outstanding as usual. Overall love the place. Hoping it was just an off day.

Soba lounge is excellent. We had two apps, three different entrees and 2 desserts and each was packed with flavor and beautifully plated. I recommend the rare tuna entree, the mushrooms on the appetizers - and the chocolate maki.
