We always look forward to Columbus Inn’s consistently excellent food prep & creative use of fresh ingredients. Flavor surprises abounded in each & every course of this traditional family style Thanksgiving. Kudos to the owner, chef & servers (Cassidy was excellent), for combining the warmth & traditions of a family Thanksgiving meal with wonderfully-flavored upgrades to well-known dishes.(green bean casserole, butternut squash soup). To cap it off, the holiday tradition of ‘taking home leftovers’ was an extra little surprise, enabled by all the generous family style portions during our meal!
