Great experience the food came a little slow but that’s what you expect at a luxury food spot, I came for a birthday the servers made it amazing Great service all around definitely would come back even with the steep bill 😂that was at my table after eating

Such a wonderful way to spend a special dinner, the menu was balanced tasty and excellent price for the quality of the food, this spot never disappoints

The food is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend visiting this location specifically —you’ll enjoy incredible food, excellent wine, and top-notch service. I originally had a reservation at the Adelaide location, but the experience with the hostess there was AWFUL so AVOID IT. We arrived earlier (30 min) than our reservation due to a snowstorm, and I asked if we could be seated. The hostess was terrible—she seemed stressed and wouldn’t even make eye contact when speaking to me. She rudely asked us to move aside while she finished something else, which I could overlook. But eventually, she came back and told us they were at capacity and suggested we “just cancel”. She didn’t offer for us to wait at the bar, or say something like “let me see what I can do,” or even politely explain that we could only be seated at our reserved time. Instead, she asked us to leave in a tone that was completely unnecessary. I’m so glad I decided to switch to the location on Queen instead!

There were three of us for the Festive Tea at Clockwork. It was a wonderful experience! The staff was very attentive, and the food and tea were delightful. As I have food allergies, special precautions were taken by the staff to negate cross-contamination of any allergens. This was smoothly done because of a note when arranging our reservation. Clockwork called the week prior to the reservation to confirm, and I appreciated that very much. The beautiful decorations, wonderful atmosphere and service, made this a special Seasonal Treat that we hope to continue to make a part of our holiday celebrations in the future.
