Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Norridge

I’ve rated many restaurants but never left a review. I began going to RJ Grunts as a child in the late 1970’s with my parents. I took my children there when they were young. They came into town this week for the holiday. One from working in California. The other from college in Florida. They wanted to return to Grunts and walk through the zoo across the street. What’s incredible is after all these years, the food remains as good as I remember, both from when I was a child and when my sons were children. Best burger in the city, great fajitas, fantastic chicken sandwich (done Mr Beef style). Love the milkshakes. The nostalgia is palpable.

Always a great experience build on food, service, and ambience. The North Woods for the North Shore.

Fantastic food and service!! Drinks were great and the food was off the chain! Elote dip is the BOMB! Hamburgers were delicious. Pizza YES. Cheesesticks GREAT!

Food okay but there for the Guinness and ambience which was great!

Great drinks and good selection of appetizers/entrees. Service was incredible, staff was very friendly and attentive. Also, loved the atmosphere and all the holiday decorations. Highly recommend!
