Walk-in's always welcome! Screen Door is a restaurant that presents itself as a love letter to the American South and the revival of regional cooking. Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. Many of Screen Doors dishes draw their inspiration from Louisiana and the Cajun cooking that's found there. These include our world-famous Fried Chicken, Lowcountry shrimp and grits, smoked andouille chicken gumbo and fried okra. Other items, like the house-smoked beef brisket and braised pork shoulder, come straight from the state of Texas.     Our server was excellent, had a nice time chit chatting with him. I was so happy they served A-1 sauce and didn’t make me feel bad for asking. I barely used it tho - the steak was so good and was actually better without it. Their onion rings are literally the best I’ve ever had. We had the Wagyu - it was an experience but I think if I came back I’ll just get the steak - we had a fillet mignon - it was good but I think I’ll try the rib eye next time. A nice place to dress up for.

    I had my birthday dinner at Lucca with a group of 8 people. The server was perfect with great recommendations, the cocktails were inventive and delicious, pizzas were great, and entrees were also very good as I had the pappardelle with duck. We finished with some great desserts, panna cotta, olive oil torta and chocolate gelato with dessert wine recommended by our server that was perfect. A perfect birthday meal. Great ambience and noise level as well.

    We went for Christmas. Limited menu with four entrees. At our table we had the pork loin, prime rib, and salmon entrees. Each of these meals were excellent! All commented best restaurant meal any of us had in a long time. Beautiful restaurant, wonder service.
