Best Lunch Restaurants in Downtown Charleston

"We decided to celebrate Christmas with a special 'date' for brunch at Gabrielle in Hotel Bennett, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. Daniel, in particular, stood out for his attentiveness and the thoughtful touch of addressing us by name. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, adding to the festive atmosphere. Dinner at Rue De Jean has become a little Christmas Eve tradition. We were able to make a reservation easily on OpenTable the week before. We were seated promptly. Our server was absolutely delightful. The restaurant was decorated super cozy and the food never disappoints. We had a great time and plan on doing this again next year.

Get the shrimp and grits- wonderful. My husband had the fish of the day over a ragu and he said it was very good. I didn’t like the fried green tomatoes. service was very nice . The restaurant had a large family with young children which was annoying but not the restaurants fault,

This is a beautiful experience however, the price on OpenTable and the price on the website were very different. We will definitely be doing this again, but I will definitely be asking more questions to click a clear idea of what is in the details.
