Best Lunch Restaurants in Elmhurst

My friend and I both ordered the Poke Bowl. She had salmon on hers and I had chickpea patties. It was delicious. It's my favorite dish there. The food was excellent and we did feel rushed or pressured to hurry up in any way. It was a great chance to catch up. That's all we want in a restaurant experience isn't it: good food, good service, in a nice atmosphere.

We go to Holiday Tea every year at Drury Lane & this year they outdid themselves. It was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! The elegance & atmosphere along with the presentation, food, tea & music were over the top. We also can't forget the awesome service it was superb! It sure beats anything downtown, especially for the price. Thank You Drury Lane for being so considerate towards your guests & doing your tea top notch.

I used to be a regular that would eat at the bar prior to Covid. When I returned post Covid, the music was too loud in the bar so you couldn't have a conversation without a raised voice. I would eat between 6:30 and 9 pm. I did ask to have the music turned down a bit (which they did a couple on a couple of occasions) but was told by the host at one point that it was part of the ambiance. I tried a couple of more times and decided it wasn't for me. I always enjoyed the food, so I decided to try this past Saturday for lunch with my family. Everything was spot on. My boyfriend and I go out weekly for cocktails and dinner on the weekends and sometimes on a weeknight. We like to sit at the bar. We will try again soon on a Friday or Saturday evening and hope that we can enjoy an evening of cocktails and great food without having to raise our voices to enjoy our conversation. We'd be happy to be able to add Francesca's Amici to our rotation.

One of the best restaurant experiences I have had in a long time. All of our meals were so tasty and delicious. The naan is out of this world and I would eat there just for that. Our waiter was the best, so attentive and helpful. Going again as soon as I can!
