Marche, located in Eugene, Oregon, opened in August 1998. The restaurant, which seats 80 guests, has an exhibition kitchen featuring a beautiful wood-fired oven. There is also a stylish bar and a large outdoor dining area, covered with awnings and umbrellas and surrounded by a garden of herbs and edible flowers. Marche takes its name from the French word for market – a word that describes our location in the bustling 5th street Market and more importantly, our philosophy of cooking.     We really had an amazing Birthday dinner at Red Lobster. The service was awesome and the food was incredible. We will definitely be back again and again. On top of that it was so easy to make a reservation.

    Marché is always amazing. The food is cooked perfectly, the drinks are fun, the wine selection and recommendations are wonderful. They have a fun ambiance with good energy but not too loud. Really a perfect place to celebrate a special ocassion.

    We had the steamed clams, which were excellent and a good size to share. Wine was terrific, with a good selection. I ordered the brick chicken and wife ordered black cod. Most enjoyable. Food came at appropriate times, and our waiter, Izzy, was very attentive. Since the fire, the remodel has been done beautifully. Will come back.

    My husband ordered the Black Cod and he said it was cooked to perfection. I ordered the Filet and it was tender and delicious. The atmosphere was work casual, comfortable and nice
