My favorite things to order are the oxtail meatloaf, seared fish, mac & cheese and braised greensMore info3RD & FERNWOODPrice: Moderate• Southern• Midtown•4.2
- JJessicaRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoMy husband and I went here for a pre-Valentine's day dinner. The atmosphere was great for conversation. It started with wonderful wine selections and progressed to amazing food. I loved the crab dip and the salmon, and the cheesecake was to die for! The service was excellent as well. I feel that everyone in the room was paying attention to clearing our plates and our server Curtis didn't leave us wanting anything. He was also very pleasant and had great recommendations. I will be back to try their wine tasting evenings, since the wine was so good tonight.More infoDressler's Restaurant - Metropolitan (Midtown)Price: Very Expensive• American• Midtown•4.6
- SScottRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •7 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoA truly great French restaurant, with excellent dishes and outstanding service. Dishes tried. Every one was outstanding: oysters, escargot, sea bass, duck confit, hanger steak, creme brûlée. Steak frites with hanger steak and Bearnaise sauce was cooked to perfection medium-rare. Duck confit with melted leeks and banyuls jus was terrific, and I make duck confit regularly. The restaurant has to be one of the most beautiful in the city with high-ceilings and decor that makes you feel you are in Paris. Service was as good as the food. The bartenders, server, and service/FOH manager went out of the way to accommodate a couple of requests.More infoLa Belle HelenePrice: Expensive• French• Uptown•4.6
