Best Lunch Restaurants in Steamboat Springs

It snowed so our view was limited but we enjoyed the experience. Restaurant is set up for fine dining and the wait staff worked very hard. We were happy with the food portions, which tended to be smaller. We felt sated after our 4 courses.

Delightful to sit in heated barrel and enjoy apres ski drinks and snacks while watching skiers and boarders make their last run of the day!

We were so grateful when the hostess saw that we were two groups of 8, and took the initiative to combine us in a private room. Fabulous! Trinity served all of us, and she was professional, efficient and her recommendations were excellent. She was cheerful and fun for our boisterous group. The food was creative and the portions were generous. Clearly the best meal experience so far in Steamboat. Well done.

Because we had drinks on Saturday evening during Winter Carnival with a lovely lounge seating group, we decided to try this unknown to us restaurant. Service was excellent both times, great, huge bar, excellent food accommodated our substitution requests to provide French Fries instead of mashed potatoes

A buddy and I were in town to ski for 4 days. This restaurant was so good on the 1st night we ate there, we cancelled our reservation the next night at a different restaurant to come back to E3. This is one of the best restaurants I have been to. From the greeting at the front door, to the fantastic E3 Manhattan, to the Tomahawk Bison Steak. Everything is done to perfection. The service is attentive and very friendly. I would give it 6 out of 5-Stars if they let me.
