The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. We exclusively use Ebony Black Angus across our menu which is produced from carefully selected prime quality Black Angus cattle. Berkelo is as good as any great Trattoria anywhere ... Fabio and Alvin are fine hosts and the food was bang on (compliments to the chefs) with refreshingly very generous portions. The "Chips" were the best I've had that I can remember.

We had the set menu for $100 including drinks. Absolutely outstanding food, birria taco’s a little too salty but that can be down to the stock being over reduced but still, really really good food and delicious margaritas. I would definitely go back again. Cute little date spot too. Service was also 10/10 and so the cute scouse guy delivering the goods 🌮
