- CCharVIPWisconsin •14 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoWe dined here last night! The last time we were here, we couldn’t wait to return, this time, not so much! It’s so obvious from the time you arrive , you are being pushed out by a pushy server that doesn’t have a problem interrupting your evening with her rough theatrical chirps as she attempts three French words she learnt in the kitchen to try and make the interruptions somehow sound charming! Yes it’s very noticed and very weird, obnoxious, rude and off putting. We had finished our appetizer and had the main course on the table 25 minutes after we arrived, there is just no way that food is not sitting in the kitchen to run out the door. I will say that the food was good, some dishes better than others! I feel the popcorn on the table is getting to be a stale concept and the complimentary cream cheese bite I could definitely live without 💯! The steak tartare is to die for and so was the gnocchi appetizer! The Chilean sea bass sauce was good but the fish had sat to long before coming out! The veal ossobuco a was tasty , not the best I’ve had but acceptable! Dessert was a pretty whimsical looking but rather blah tasting!More infoAltiusPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Mt. - SSusanVIPPittsburgh / Western PA •224 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe had a wonderful dinner with our sons at Siempre Algo last night. We loved seeing Kimber. Our server, Kristen was very professional and personable. Our favorite appetizer is the chicken liver pate' & pork terrine. We had the Lamb with Polenta and the Grilled Quail, which were prepared expertly. The Pistachio Cake with Meyer Lemon ice cream was a great finish for dinner. We love the ambience and carefully curated menu and the commitment that Chef Brian has for quality ingredients.More infoSiempre AlgoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.9
- DDavidVIPNew York City •9 reviews5.0Dined on 26 Dec 2024Haven’t been to this location, and was a little nervous and felt bad coming in on XMAS but grateful they were open. Did the experience and have been to many rodizio restaurants. Two major things stood out. The options of getting rare meat as opposed to getting everything cooked well done was really appreciated. Lastly, Even though we don’t talk about him, Bruno went out of his way to fulfill my request for chicken hearts. I wasn’t aware that it was special request only and when asked he got it done. Bravo. Very appreciated of all the staff for working on the holiday. I work in the industry and had the holiday off to work in Pittsburgh for my radio work or I would have been working back in NJ. So thank you I’m sure it wasn’t easy being away from family.More infoFogo de Chao - PittsburghPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Downtown•4.4

- LLauraPittsburgh / Western PA •12 reviews5.0Dined on 20 Dec 2024Four of us went to this restaurant for the first time before a Christmas show. My husband has ALS and is in a wheelchair and they quickly noticed and placed us at an accessible table and removed a chair for his comfort. ADA issues do not exist here - they were prepared and very accommodating. We started out with meatballs and focaccia with squash dip for appetizers. Drink list is extensive - it had interesting holiday options - but we just had Chianti and helltowne beer. We got chopped and arugula salads to share - I don’t even typically enjoy arugula but the salad looked interesting and we devoured them. They were absolutely delicious. Our entrees were tagliatelle, ricotta gnocchi, sausage and pepper pizza, and rigatoni vodka sauce. Everything was amazing. All four of us immensely enjoyed our meals. Gelato for dessert. Server was polite and attentive. It was one of the best experiences and amazing food that we’ve had in a restaurant downtown in ages. This place is a gem. We will be back 100%.More infoTalia Cucina RosticceriaPrice: Moderate• Italian• Downtown•4.7
