Best Organic Food Restaurants in Downtown / Sobro

This was a place we can’t wait to bring friends and family! There wasn’t a dish we didn’t enjoy. Of course they are known for their quesabirria, which remains consistent from their food truck dish of the same name, so it is a must. The flautas give you that satisfying crunch with each bite and they’re dressed to give you an extra kick of flavor. There’s a variety of tacos, and I must say the real star there is the tortilla! We topped everything off with the Tres Leches Cake which was everything you didn’t know you needed in a cake. We opted for the chef’s counter which offered its own series of surprises that also made their mission of community really come through!

With friends in town for the New Year, we chose The Restaurant for our celebration brunch. It absolutely DID NOT disappoint! They had a wonderful brunch spread and live music to go along with it. Their Peach Bellini was not to miss, and we enjoyed it so much that we'll keep in mind for a local weekend brunch as well.

One of our favorite restaurants. You truly get the feeling you’re at a Michelin star winners place. The egg toast is mind blowing. Roasted cauliflower. Fried chicken. White truffle pizza. Crazy good. Do this!
