Best Organic Food Restaurants in Lombard

We enjoyed our Valentine’s Day at Gibsons! The food and drinks were excellent and the staff was kind and helpful. We would have preferred to sit in the main eating rooms. We were in a separate space that appeared to be a temporary space for Valentine’s Day. It did not feel as comfortable and it was very cold when guests would enter/exit the restaurant. However, it did not ruin the experience and we will come back because of the food and excellent service!

Have always wanted to go to Benihana. I lived in Japan for 6 years so am a fan of tepanyaki. My husband and I chose seating in the bar area since it was just the two of us. We were seated in a quiet, intimate area next to windows overlooking the snow covered Japanese garden. Beautiful view despite the urban setting! We selected meals from the specialties section of the menu - excellent value for what you get: grilled filet mignon, veggies, shrimp, lobster with soup, salad, green tea and sherbet! The food was fantastic! Grilled to perfection with ginger and garlic sauce and a mustard sauce for added umami. Delicious! You don’t have to be seated at the communal grill with a view of the chef for an excellent meal. Can’t wait to go back!!

Hummus wa excellent. Spaghetti squash lasagna was delicious. My husband enjoyed his burger Flourless chocolate cake with vegan ice cream- very yummy!! Our waitress was friendly and attentive.

Another wonderful experience at Beatrix! The Mushroom Quinoa burger and Ginger Chicken Kale salad were both excellent. Out service was also great. We will be back.

Went here for dinner with four friends. Great service, good food and wine options. Modern but comfortable atmosphere, ideal for conversation. One friend has celiac disease and this restaurant takes GF requests seriously. Many GF options. My friend dines here frequently and has never had an issue.
