- JJasonLondon •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoOutstanding food and exemplary service. There’s a fine line between attentive and intrusive, but James and his team strike the perfect balance, which makes for a very pleasurable, unhurried and welcoming dining experience. My friend had the octopus starter and monkfish main. I had the wild mushroom and garlic starter and mushroom bourguignon main. The food was superb, unpretentious, yet had amazing depth of flavour. We finished with the honey bee tart and a madeleine- both were perfectly balanced, without being overly sweet. A thoroughly enjoyable meal and superb value for money, given the location, quality of ingredients and standard of cooking. I’m spoiled for choice working in the City and living between Highgate / Hampstead, but it was certainly worth the trip across town and I shall definitely be back.More infoLa PalombePrice: Expensive• French• Kensington•4.9

- LLeiah YvonneLondon •3 reviews5.0Dined on 1 Mar 2025Great food and friendly service! We ordered small plates to share for 3 people - the lamb liver skewer, hummus, saganaki and cassoulet were all really tasty and the flatbread, rice and beetroot salad worked well as sides. We were too full for dessert but glad we still tried the baklava as it was delicious!More infoThe Counter - Notting HillPrice: Expensive• Turkish• Notting Hill•4.5
