We've been proud to serve delicious made-to-order American dishes using fresh ingredients since our establishment in 2016. We also have a wonderful hand-selected wine list to enhance your dining experience. Approximately eighty-percent of our menu is-- or can be-- gluten-free, as we use only canola and olive oil in all of our cooking. Never have we seen such grace in a staff with a very large crowd eager to have their holiday meals. The staff deserves kudos for being as wonderful as the food! We've visited twice since arriving in DC. We tried chicken and meat dishes as well as pasta, salad, bread, refreshing house made sodas and divine desserts. We'd love to see Founding Fathers in Watertown MA. That would be wicked awesome! Can't rate the food or the staff high enough!

The restaurant, bar and lounge areas spread out across multiple rooms / terraces / levels so it is a really intimate and fun layout. Excellent service and value. Price for classic drinks skewed a tad high in my opinion. I'll try and catch a happy hour sometime and the jazz performances.

Our tasting experience was fair but our meal and service with Sam was outstanding. He was very friendly and attentive and made us feel like it mattered that we were at Cooper’s Hawk for our meal. Food, service, wine was awesome!
