Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Dunedin

We have repeatedly chosen to return to Ocean Hai each year over 6-7 years with our family. Currently, 87 to 13, but if you do the math our youngest was a mere young child on her first dining experience here. We have favorite beverages, appetizers, entrees, desserts. While they have updated the menu, new delights and treasured repeats continue to be exemplary. Oran Hai, Wyndham Grand, and Club Wyndham provide the most excellent experience year after year. With the greatest gratitude, we look forward to returning again.

Excellent service with a friendly waitstaff. This belated family Christmas dinner could not have been any better. Our table of seven thoroughly enjoyed our appetizer of beignets cooked to an excellent doughy perfection dusted with powdered sugar and a side of blackberry sauce to our main courses of vegan options with beet caracapa and avocado toast to steak benedict to crab cake benedict (don’t forget to try the shrimp grits!) to a good ole’ American bacon and eggs and toast with deliciously seasoned grilled home fries. We absolutely loved it. Tip! Try to reserve your large group for the table cubbied in the very back for privacy!

From the moment we pulled up to the time we picked up our car, the service was exceptional and the food was divine! The valet staff were super nice and fast. Drinks were very good and our bar server Sergio was super sweet, courteous and fun to be around. He really kicked off a fine evening for us. Then the dinner was delicious and the service was really great. Fresh food and an enormous selection without breaking the bank. Would definitely come back!

You can't go wrong eating at Lucky Lobster. This is our 6th year spending Christmas Eve there and we always enjoy it. Mya provided great service and the food as always was delish. The 2-pound lobster was impressive. My partner enjoyed his Luckly Lobster Linguini too. Nice to have holiday music in the background for ambiance.

Excellent food, location, atmosphere, service etc. couldn’t have asked for a better dinner with out of town family. Will be back for sure!
