Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Moorpark

Another spectacular meal at Gjelina. I've made it my mission to work my way through the menu, and last night I tried the orecchiette with beef cheek bolognese, Japanese turnip and coal-roasted cabbage - all excellent. Special props to the orecchiette. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauce was rich and savory and the addition of the dollop of ricotta bound all the elements together beautifully. Loved it.

We have always had wonderful meals and experiences at Nonna's. Last night was no exception. The food was fabulous. The ambiance was warm and comforting. The wait staff, Heather and her support team, was absolutely amazing. They were continually looking in on us and meeting every need we had without asking and were never pushy. Fantastic evening! I made a reservation for 4pm so that my wife and I could see the sunset @ 4:47pm. The view was amazing. Compliments to Chef 👩🏻‍🍳 Kate!! Food was delicious and unique, everything had its own twist as far as sauces, spices, and garnishes. It was our 24th anniversary and our first time visiting this restaurant. We live about an hour and a half away, but it was so worth the trip!!
