Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Pasadena

We had a wonderful dinner, shared everything, and loved it! Artichokes, burrata, and shrimp & crab cheesecake were the standouts. Fantastic service and atmosphere!

Found this place from a 2023 NY Times article, so we anticipated a stellar meal. Overall, the restaurant was good, just not stellar. Some dishes, like the Yardbird fried chicken with collard greens were fantastic. The pork shank was a bit dry, served warm, not hot, and lacked flavor, although the accompanying bean ragu with bits of bacon was yummy. Croissant bread pudding was good and warm, although the accompanying ice cream was half melted. Cocktails were inventive. Service was attentive. Noise level was loud but tolerable. The meal was a bit rushed. 45 minutes from start to finish. Last, I don’t mind paying for valet service, but $10 is huge.

Amanda was such an amazing person!! she provided exceptional service to me and my girlfriend for our 3 yr anniversary!! Amanda deserves all the blessings that are coming her way!! PS. For a change the whole table opted out of steaks and beef and chose seafood and quail with seafood appetizers included. Alex was a great server and with the table in a prime spot by the windows we had a nice time catching up and visiting. However, my sea bass entree was rather small and overcooked. The flavor and veggies were perfect but the fish could have been a little larger and less cooked. Overall we had a nice dinner and will surely be back again.
