Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in West Milford

Late Lunch on President’s Day with less of a crowd, so it was quieter than usual. April was a great server and our favorite booth was available. We’re from AZ so whenever we stay at The Lucerne Hotel we come into Nice Matin once or twice. See you next trip and thanks again, Ralph S.

Superb! From the time we arrived, until we left. Everything was amazing. We do not have any complaints. Giancarlo, our waiter/server was TOP TIER! Each of his recommendations were spot on and my Fiance and I enjoyed our evening. We cannot wait to visit them again! Highly recommend it!

We had the most wonderful time. Not only was the food terrific, but our waiter, Julien was excellent and so attentive to our needs. When we were leaving, he was so worried about the icy conditions outside the restaurant and made sure we got out safely. A terrific experience overall!!

It’s our first time at this place, even though we’ve been seeing it for over two decades. In short, we were quite pleasantly surprised by the taste of the food, as it was light but very flavorful - not as salty as we thought we’d get from almost any Italian restaurant we’ve been to, some of which are very good in their own right. However, this lightness in taste stood out, be it the prosciutto in the salad or the clams in pasta. We’ll come back for sure.

We love celebrating birthdays with friends here. The drinks, appetizers, salads, bread, entrees, and desserts are all fabulous! The ambiance is dark and cozy, and the service is always terrific!
