Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in a breezy Aegean-inspired atmosphere. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki whole fish (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo).     Never fails to be a great experience. The only issue we've had in many years of coming back to Zatinya is noise. This time we arrived at 5 PM for a 6 PM reservation and it was quieter than usual. They were simply fantastic, acknowledged our anniversary and made the night special. But all visits to this superb restaurant are special

    Mama Eugenia(Shirlington) never disappoints. Folks this is authentic greek cuisine. The food is cooked to perfection every visit. Beautifully plated and the service is top notch. The manager Adonis warmly greets his guests and assures that you have a wonderful dining experience.

    One of the best meals of my life. Service, vibe, food, cocktail were all impeccable but in a completely not pretentious way. Every bite on the tasting menu was complex and flavorful, that left you considering and thinking after each bite. It was simply SO GOOD.
