We had an exceptional dining experience at Jeff Ruby’s Carlo & Johnny, and our server, Ashley, made it absolutely unforgettable. We were thrilled to be seated in her section again, as she had served us before and left a lasting impression. Ashley’s service was nothing short of impeccable—her attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth elevated our evening. She has an incredible ability to recommend the perfect cocktail, dessert, and after-dinner beverages, tailoring her suggestions to match our preferences perfectly. Her knowledge of the menu and drink offerings is second to none, and her recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service at Carlo & Johnny is consistently the best in the city, and Ashley exemplifies the excellence that Jeff Ruby’s is known for. This is my favorite place to eat for many reasons. I have never had a bad meal here and the staff is excellent with their service. My favorite waitress is Shawn. I highly recommend this place if you want good food.
