A unique experience to the flagship Vespertine, we had a wonderful evening where each criteria of a conventional fine dining experience was impeccably addressed, but with the addition of artistry and creativity of menu signature to V. My experience at Providence was truly exceptional. What I value most in fine dining is outstanding service, and Providence exceeded all expectations. The staff was remarkably attentive, warm, and gracious, ensuring every detail was thoughtfully addressed. The cuisine was exquisite, with each dish served at a perfectly timed pace, enhancing the overall dining experience. It was a flawless evening that exemplified the art of hospitality.

First thing we noticed was how the music set the tone (literally) for the night. We were greeted by the awesome sounds of a great playlist that seemed to fit the theme of a classic throwback restaurant (I’m not sure if I can explain what I mean, something about the ambiance took me back to when my family and I would make a big event about eating a fancy dinner). Anyways, my husband and I decided to look at the menu days in advance, but we couldn’t help but want everything. What we ended up choosing was: Calamari Frites, Kale Caesar Salad, Mushroom Scallops, Grilled Lion’s Mane Steak, and Eggplant Shortrib. And yes, the calamari was AMAZING. We couldn’t believe that it wasn’t real calamari. We just had to ask our server and she revealed to us that it was oyster mushrooms (yeah that makes sense, it has a great texture). The Caesar salad is sort of misleading because it doesn’t look like a big serving, but it’s very filling. The eggplant shortrib and the grilled lion’s mane steak came out, and my husband looked delighted and confused. “Wait this can’t be plant-based, can it?” The steak was delicious. The shortrib was good, but we preferred the steak for sure. We’ll be definitely be coming back to try more of the menu. Our next treat: the pizzas hopefully.

The best prime rib dinner we've had in like forever! Thick and juicy, medium rare was the best and not over salted or fatty. We had the creamed corn, spinach, mashed potatoes, gravy and the Yorkshire Pudding. We started with the wedge salad with roquefort dressing with big chunks of bacon. We had creme brûlée for dessert and the hot fudge sundae. We loved Tam O' Shanter and will return again to celebrate!!! The waiters were very observant and knew when we needed ice tea refills, attended to our needs and were friendly and respectful. Ambience was quiet, intimate, low key, we went there in the early afternoon so it was quiet. We definitely will go back and highly recommend this place with the best food, ambience, staff and plenty of parking.

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here, and it was an unforgettable experience. We opted for the omakase with sake pairing, and it was absolutely amazing. The staff, especially Jess and Tasha, were incredibly professional yet warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Chef Chris, who truly made the evening feel extraordinary. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and tasted incredible, showcasing both skill and creativity. This is the perfect spot for a special occasion, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!
