Best Restaurants for Birthdays in North Branford

I don’t even know where to begin.. I came here to celebrate my boyfriends 40th birthday. The waiter we had was Lonnie and he was absolutely exceptional from point A to point B. Welcoming, kind, attentive but not overbearing, fast, personable and just all around accommodating thus helping me execute a perfect birthday dinner evening. The Branzino was by far the best I’ve ever had and got my boyfriends first time trying it, he was a huge fan. Love this place! Will be back again. Thank you Lonnie for your great service!

We love this place, but be ready for a whole new menu! We used to love the duck nachos now replaced with duck tostados...they are good but not like the nachos. That could be personal though. The place is still wonderful. Our waiter was amazing a lot of fun. It is now owned by the same restaurant group that owns Union League, but still nothing like Union League-the atmosphere is still the same.

I took a shot in the dark choosing Pacifico for dinner before the show I was attending at Schubert. I brought my 86-year-old father, who can be resistant to fusion style food. We were impressed from the moment we walked in the door. Staff, food, ambience, music . . . everything was wonderful. We were greeted by the manager (owner?) and had a lovely chat as well. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Excellent start to finish! This hidden gem will continue to be on our list from now on. We had calamari, scallops, swordfish, salmon, a pork chop, and a chicken Caesar wrap. Everything was fresh and presented beautifully by dedicated friendly staff. Value was excellent. Huge beautiful fireplace for cozy ambiance. Food was excellent all around.
