Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Coyoacan

Impeccable service and beautiful food. Do yourself favor and order 2 Tostadas and don’t skip dessert! Also their St Germain Spritz is the perfect sweet and refreshing cocktail after a long hot day. So glad we snagged a reservation and saved this gem of a restaurant for our last day in CDMX! BTW, I overheard another patron talking about this being their 3rd time eating at the restaurant (they’re from Spain) and they also had a reservation for later next week!

I loved it!!! Great experience, great staff. Only issue was restrooms were kinda dirty after 2 hours of being there. So I would recommend cleaning them more often since the traffic of people that you guys have in the restaurant daily. Because at opening it was super clean but when leaving, no so much😅🫢 Although is great overall!!! Don’t miss out if you are a hello kitty fan, you will LOVE IT!!! Thank you very much 😁

We were looking forward to a great seafood gunner at La Docena. The menu is extensive and a little confusing but we chose a variety of things. The tuna tostada was small but very tasty. The crab soup was outstanding..nicely spiced with a good amount of crab meat. The toasted cauliflower was a knockout..it looked like a whole head and was grilled perfectly with a nice sauce. The calamari was a little oily, pretty chewy and not that tasty but it could have bent just personal taste. The big disappointment was the grilled artichoke which was very overcooked (burnt). Overall a good meal and our waiter was very helpful. We hope to go back before we leave Mexico City and try some other menu options.

Food was very good. Service was also good and comparable to most service for chain restaurants. DJ Music was too loud.
