Walk-in's always welcome! Screen Door is a restaurant that presents itself as a love letter to the American South and the revival of regional cooking. Each day, the restaurant receives natural, local organic meats and produce from nearby vendors. The inclusion of regional Pacific Northwest ingredients into a menu of dishes developed in the south has created a unique flavor profile in Screen Door's menu. Many of Screen Doors dishes draw their inspiration from Louisiana and the Cajun cooking that's found there. These include our world-famous Fried Chicken, Lowcountry shrimp and grits, smoked andouille chicken gumbo and fried okra. Other items, like the house-smoked beef brisket and braised pork shoulder, come straight from the state of Texas. The rest of the South is well represented as well with a Carolina pulled pork sandwich, chicken and waffles, crispy fried oysters and a pimiento cheese & sausage biscuit sandwich with a fried egg and cheddar grits.

Her ability to adapt, to make the most out of limited resources, and to stay creative while projecting warmth and brightness is the guiding force behind Oma’s Hideaway.Born during the pandemic as a pop-up in the Gado Gado parking lot, Oma’s became a permanent beacon of iridescent light in Portland’s Richmond neighborhood in 2021. The menu draws from Tina’s life story, taking influence from the craveable, soul-satisfying hawker food of Singapore and Malaysia and “turning up the volume” with exaggerated yet balanced flavors in Chef Tom’s signature style.     We had a wonderful time. Food and service, with Darius, were great. It's a bit pricey but we knew that going in. I do wish the booths were more comfortable, softer and bigger, since you are there a while. It would be nice if you were a bit higher for the angle of fondue usage and we are tall. Also would love someone to come wipe off burner area after messy cheese course, but that's probably just me. ;)

    Born into an Italian family, we wanted to experience an authentic meal. My wife and I were in town visiting our son for a few days and we said let's go eat at Mama Mia Trattoria. To summarize our meal and experience, the ambiance was perfect, the food was over the top and the ingredients were fresh, perfectly cooked, and tasty. The value of what one pays for this restaurant is a great deal. We will be back and Gracie!

    My date and I went for the Brunch club Saturday. Unfortunately the kitchen couldn't accommodate brunch. So I had the salmon and my date had the catfish. Surprisingly the food was seasoned to the tea. Bowling prices very reasonable. I had such a great time I returned an hour later Ben our waiter was AMAZING!!!
